My Daughter, Take My Hand: I Am Faithful

"Therefore, know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;

Deuteronomy 7:9

. . . and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

Hebrews 10:21-23 

God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

1Corinthians 1:9 

But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.

2Thessalonians 3:3 

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

1Corinthians 10:13 

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1John 1:9 

Through the LORD's mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.  1Thessalonians 5:23,24

Thank You Heavenly Father, You are Faithful

Heavenly Father, Your love, the love of Jesus Christ and the power of Your Holy Spirit will always be faithful to me.

To find God’s love in the midst of your circumstances you must walk by faith and not by sight.

If you walk by sight, you open yourself up to listening to the enemy’s lies that are trying to separate you from the love of God.  He will tell you God is responsible for the circumstances you are in, that God is withholding good from you and that He has abandoned you. He convinces you that it is up to you to find a way out.

When you walk by faith, the Holy Spirit opens you up to see God as your Father, to see His goodness and remind you of every promise He has ever made to you.

Faith makes it possible to believe you are going to get through this.  It opens the way to expectant Hope and that Hope opens you up to be thankful.

God is Faithful so reach out your hand to Him - He will take your hand and never let go.

Then the LORD answered me and said: "Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.  For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.

God, Please Speak to Me About:

Walking by faith even if I have to wait for Your promises, because You are faithful.
