My Daughter, Take My Hand, I Am Your Healer
Psalm 103:2-5 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Isaiah 53:4,5 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
Psalm 147:3 He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.
Matthew 8:16,17 When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES AND BORE OUR SICKNESSES."
Matthew 4:23,24 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.
Luke 9:1,2 Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.
Acts 4:12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Philippians 2:9-11 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Jesus’ words in John 14:12-14 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.
Acts 3:6,7 Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk." And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Thank You Heavenly Father
Your love, the love of Jesus Christ and the power of Your Holy Spirit will always heal me.
When Jesus sent out the disciples, He gave them power and authority over demons, to cure diseases, to heal the sick and to preach the kingdom of God.
He told them not to bring any extra clothing, food, money or find places to stay ahead of time. But He did not leave them defenseless. They had His power and authority. He told them to go in pairs so they could help each other stay faithful to the given ministry. They could also encourage each other with the memories of how Jesus did everything He was asking them to do. But most of all, Jesus gave them His power and His authority. They were going to need this if they were going to have the power to do what Jesus had told them to do.
As His child, Jesus has given you His power and authority. He has also given you His name.
The name of Jesus Christ is powerful. It is a name that is above every name.
Prayers in the name of Jesus Christ provide your salvation.
Prayers in His name bring healing to your physical illnesses and emotional wounds.
Prayers in His name bring healing and deliverance to yourself and others.
The name of Jesus Christ has the power to bring your restoration and transformation.
The name of Jesus Christ gives you His power and authority over all spiritual forces.
The name of Jesus Christ gives you His power and authority to bring forth miracles.
Jesus has given you His name and His power and His authority to bring His answers to your prayers.
My Daughter, Colossians 3:17 will help you to bring His name, His power and His authority to your prayers and actions:
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
