Thank You Heavenly Father
Your love, the love of Jesus Christ and the power of Your Holy Spirit will always give me the joy of the Lord.
When you go through trials, your eyes immediately focus on the circumstances and your heart feel the pain. After a while you start to remember that God is your place to find hope and healing.
God’s Word tells you many times to rejoice always. If He is telling you to do something then it must be possible. For you to do this, your joy can’t only be based on a circumstance or in an answered prayer but foremost on the faithfulness of God. You must believe Him no matter what is happening around you.
When tribulation arises in your life, you will have the ability to respond in joy. You may not be able to do this right away but give God time to bring something only He can bring from the hard time. Give yourself grace to grieve and the time to allow your faith to mend your heart. Thank Him for His faithfulness and His goodness to you during tribulation and enter into the joy of the Lord.
My Daughter, Jesus has promised you in Zephaniah 3:17 that His joy is possible:
The LORD your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing."
