I Have Forgiven Your Sins

My Daughter, Take My Hand, I Have Forgiven Your Sins
Psalm 103:2,3 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,
Jesus said in Matthew 9:5,6 For which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven you,' or to say, 'Arise and walk'? But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins"—then He said to the paralytic, "Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house."
Isaiah 53:4,5 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
2Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Psalm 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
Jesus said in Matthew 6:14,15 "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
John 20:21-23 So Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you." And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."
Micah 7:18,19 Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy. He will again have compassion on us, And will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins Into the depths of the sea.
1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Thank You Heavenly Father
Your love, the love of Jesus Christ and the power of Your Holy Spirit will always empower my forgiveness.
It is an amazing truth that before you were even born, Jesus forgave all your sins by paying the penalty for them with His life on the cross.
Forgiveness of sins for salvation is a free gift when you put your trust in Jesus and what He did for you on the cross. Many people accept the forgiveness that assures their destiny as His child but reject His forgiveness for their own sins or the sins committed against them by other people.
One of the ways you can be assured that you have accepted His forgiveness for your sins is to choose to extend that forgiveness to yourself and to other people.
The enemy will always give you good reasons why you should hold on to a record of wrong against ourselves and others. When we do, total and lasting freedom will never come.
The only path to freedom is to choose to forgive and the only reason to forgive is because Jesus forgave us, and He commands us to extend that forgiveness to others and ourselves. You can do this through your faith and obedience to God.
Jesus gives you, my Daughter, the parameters concerning forgiveness in
Matthew 6:14,15. Choose to believe them and practice them.
"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
