Pray and Do Not Lose Heart
Updated: 3 days ago
My Daughter, Take My Hand to Pray and Do Not Lose Heart!
Luke 18:1 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,
Psalm 27:13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living.
2Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
Ephesians 3:12,13 . . . in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him. Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
Philippians 4:6,7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Psalm 31:24 Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD.
Matthew 21:21,22 So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Thank You Heavenly Father
Your love, the love of Jesus Christ and the power of Your Holy Spirit will always lead me to pray trusting You.
Some people say we should pray only once, while others say we should keep on praying until the answer comes. However the Lord leads you to pray, you can use your gift of prayer with the gift of faith to trust in the goodness and the steadfast love of your Heavenly Father.
When you pray to Him, remember these truths:
If you call upon Him, He will answer you.
Jesus provided healing for all your diseases and forgiveness for all your sins at the cross, so believe in His healing rather than the symptoms.
Trust in God’s timing and do not see the delay as a denial.
Ask Him to reveal anything that may be hindering the answer to your prayers.
In hard times you will not lose heart when you trust in every promise He has made to you in His Word and choose not to lean on your own understanding.
As any good parent will answer their child’s request, a loving God will always answer your prayers.
My Daughter, always remember His promises in Psalm 91:15,16:
He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation."
