My Daughter, Take My Hand to Heal Your Soul
Psalm 23:1-3 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.
Psalm 41:4 I said, "LORD, be merciful to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You."
Colossians 2:13,14 And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.
1Peter 5:8,9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
Jesus said in Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Romans 12:1,2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
1Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

Your love, the love of Jesus Christ and the power of Your Holy Spirit will always heal my soul.
Your soul is believed to be your mind, your will and your emotions. Your soul can be vulnerable to your thoughts, your words, your feelings and your actions. It can also be vulnerable to the thoughts, words, feelings, and actions toward you by others.
The healing Jesus Christ provided for you on the cross was not only for your body, but also for your emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Spiritually, you are His child and you are one with Jesus, so you are perfect. God did it all, so nothing more is needed.
Soul healing is different. Although the enemy’s power was defeated at the cross, we can fall prey to his lies.
He will lie to you, and when you believe those lies you will sin. You will believe fear, anxiety, gossip, and bitterness to name a few. He will also bring worldly beliefs to your mind that say those beliefs will protect you from further hurt. Those worldly beliefs will turn you away from God and will wound your soul and can even wound your body.
Some lies of the enemy have been passed down through generational sins. These may not be obvious at first because they have been with you since birth. You may see them as being just the way your family operates. Asking the Holy Spirit to reveal any generational sins will reveal them to you.
Confession and repentance is the way to be free from all sin. God answers all prayer when you pray. However, for your soul to be healed may take time. Do not lose hope. Repeatedly come into the Lord’s presence and ask Him for His wisdom. Pray as He leads you until the resolution comes. Beside tempting us to sin, the enemy will always tempt us to hold on to wounds. When we hold on to past wounds, we are also holding on to the pain from those wounds in our souls and even our bodies.
Wounds that come from our own words and actions or the words and actions of others.
Here the relief comes from the gift of forgiveness. As Jesus forgave you, you must also forgive yourself and others. It is the only way. You can find the "why you can forgive" and the "how to forgive" in the More Helps section of this website.
Soul healing that brings restoration can be a process, but it is a doable process when you trust and obey Jesus Christ as your Healer.
My Daughter, remember God’s promise of Isaiah 61:10:
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
